Meet Champ! 😢 Champ came to us from a nearby shelter. He was in terrible shape. Champ is nearly blind in one eye and seems to have lasting effects of possible sunburns. He is underweight, has ear issues, and a skin infection on his feet. On top of all of that, he has tested positive for heartworms….
