Champ has completed his heartworm treatments! Yay! Big thanks to Uptown Veterinary Hospital in Charlotte for treating Champ. Champ’s next step in healing is going to see an ophthalmologist for further testing on his eyes. So far, we have not been able to determine what is going on with his eye in order to get it treated. You can see the cloudiness and gunk in some of the pictures. Everyone that Champ has been in contact with brags on his sweet nature. He has been described as quick to trust and having a very sweet and gentle spirit. He deserves the very best that we can give him…as they all do!
